Paul & Sues son Matt O’Neill, has found the girl of his dreams and was married in October 2012.
The day Matt was born in 1973 – Iron Maiden were playing Bolton BIT – and the Roadies adorned the Bass Drum head with a poster that read “MATTHEW JAMES RULES OK!”
Congratulations to Matt and the lovely Lisa Jane from all at Perfect Pitch.

Sag – Chief BIM fan and our historian, reports today s the 40th anniversary of Iron Maiden playng thier first headline gig – at Botlon Institute of Technology (BIT). This gig was really the start of the rise of the (first) Iron Maiden. Reports of the gig were – “…they packed the place and blew one or two minds……”

On Wednesday 14 December Paul O’Neill our very own drummer & singer of the Bolton Iron Maiden becomes 60, I know this must be hard to believe as he still looks so young!!!!! This has just been marked as a public holiday in Outer Mongolia and Transylvania – so lots to celebrate. I hope you will join us in wishing the ‘Grumpy’ old man a very Happy Birthday.
