Maiden Flight Released on Vinyl on 20 June 2025
It’s taken 52 years, but finally, The Bolton Iron Maiden will have an album released by record company Guerssen Records – on their Sommor label.
Paul, Derek, Noel and Ian’s sisters, have of course donated their share from the first 600 sales to Cancer Research and Macmillian Cancer Care, and are all very excited to be part of the Guerssen family.

Great new review from Kevin Julie in Canada
We have just received two great reviews from music journalist Kevin Julie who lives in beautiful Niagara Falls Ontario Canada, and writes for “Outsider Rock”. Kevin recently got in touch with Paul, to discuss an article he is writing about the 3 (yes THREE) bands (excluding the great girl rockers the Iron Maidens) who have used the name Iron Maiden. Its wonderful to see this journalist has really done his homework and got the facts dead right! Well worth a read https://outsiderrock.wordpress.com/2021/07/07/the-bolton-iron-maiden-1970-76-today/ Not only does he do a cracking history of the three bands, he has also reviewed all three Bolton Iron Maiden albums!
We look forward to an interview with Kevin soon.
